I offer a choice of dressed tables for the signing This table features individually adjustable legs which make it suitable for use on uneven ground and beaches. My cloths was supplied by Carol of Something Special Wedding Decorators of Grafton
In the picture above the book on the table contained the script for Alex & Nick's marriage ceremony. In consultation with the couple I prepare a unique script for every ceremony. I read from the book, with the couple during the ceremony and afterwards the book is presented to the couple as a lasting memento of their special day. I co-ordinate the colour of the book & the artwork inside to the couples edding theme.
The interwoven continuous lines of the Celtic love knot symbolise the eternity of love and the journey of two lovers through life together.
If you are seeking a marriage celebrant to perform a wedding ceremony in Grafton, Yamba, Maclean or elsewhere in the Clarence Valley my availability is indicated on the calendar below. This calendar is for August 2014, other months can be accessed from the menu above or with the navigation arrows below. If you are planning your wedding for a more popular month you may need to book your wedding celebrant some time in advance, perhaps more than a year. I only perform one wedding ceremony per day, sometimes I may be able to perform a naming ceremony on the same day as I have an afternoon wedding ceremony to perform. If my calendar indicates I am booked I may be able to recommend another marriage celebrant, please contact me.
July is the coldest month of the year here, during August the days become a couple of degrees warmer. Graftons 50yr mean maximum temperature for August is a moderate 22.1 (°C). Mean 3pm temperature, a popular wedding time is 21.2 (°C). August is a low humidity month with an average 3pm humidity of 43.0%. Average rainfall for August here in Grafton is 38.3mm. Rain falls on about 4 of August's 31 days or about 1 day in 8. Winds are mild with an average 3pm wind speed of 12.1 km/h.
Statistics favour a fine day but it could be wise to still allow for rain and have an alternative wet weather venue. Have ushers on stand-by to redirect guests to the alternative venue and have a list of contact numbers ready.
Emma & Phil choose my Australian Red Cedar table & bentwood chairs for their wedding ceremony on the family property at Elland. The signing furniture was presented undressed to harmonise with the delughtful rural setting. On the table can be seen the marriage register which is atop a leather portfolio containing the marriage certificates waiting to be signed. I provided a silver pen mounted in a crystal holder and a tall crystal vase with a mixed flower arrangement. Complete details of what I provide are in the marriage section of this site. There are more photos and weddings on my blog.
